Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Measurementplan, operated by Measurementplan AB ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Measurementplan uses an AI agent to browse a website and suggest a measurement and tracking plan (events, parameters, and where they fire). The output is a suggestion to help your work. It may be incomplete or inaccurate, and it is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any plan before you rely on it.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Credits and payments
Access is sold as packs of scan credits, processed by Polar. Purchases are one-time and credits do not expire. Because credits are a digital service made available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact support@measurementplan.com.
Acceptable use
You may only scan websites that you own or are authorized to test. The scanner actively browses, clicks, and can fill forms on the target site, so scanning a site without permission is prohibited. You must not use the service for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, to overload or disrupt a site, or to break or misuse the service.
Your content and ours
You keep ownership of the measurement plans and content you create. You grant us the license needed to host and process that content to provide the service. We own Measurementplan itself, including the software, design, and brand.
Third-party services
When you export a plan or connect a service (for example Google Tag Manager, Google, Linear, or Slack), that service is provided by a third party under its own terms, and you use it at your own risk.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that scans are complete, accurate, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country of residence says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
