Measurementplan AB ("we", "us", "our") operates Measurementplan, an AI assisted measurement and tracking plan tool. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
Who we are
Measurementplan AB is a company registered in Sweden (org. no. [ORG NUMBER]), [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. You can reach us at support@measurementplan.com.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name and email address, provided when you sign up or sign in with Google.
- Content you create: the sites you scan and the measurement plans, events, and comments generated or edited in your account.
- Payment data: when you buy credits, payment is processed by Polar. We receive a record of the purchase and your credit balance. We do not store your card details.
- Connections: if you connect a third-party service to export a plan (for example Google or Linear), we store that service's access tokens in encrypted form.
- Support data: any messages you send us.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) kept to operate and secure the service.
- Usage data: behavioral product analytics about how the app is used (for example pages viewed and features used), and session recordings with all form inputs masked, collected via PostHog. For signed-in users we send PostHog your user id together with your name and email so activity can be attributed to your account.
Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to process payment, and an analytics cookie set by PostHog to measure how the product is used and to power session recording. We do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
Why we process your data
- To provide the service and your account: performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the service secure and working: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Where we ask for it: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share data with
We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf under contract:
- Vercel: application hosting.
- Neon: database and authentication.
- PostHog: product analytics and session replay, hosted in the EU.
- Anthropic: the AI that performs scans.
- Steel and Firecrawl: automated browsing used during a scan.
- Polar: payment processing.
- Google: sign-in, and export to Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides when you choose it.
- Linear and Slack: export and notifications when you choose them.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some providers (for example Anthropic) process data outside the EU and EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation (for example accounting records for purchases).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, and its correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to certain processing. To exercise any right, contact support@measurementplan.com. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, www.imy.se).
Children
Measurementplan is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
